Writing skill can be taught using blog. For instance, short stories can be done by writing an opening or closing statement and students expand on them. Also, students can comment on each others opinions and further make corrections.
I will have my students create a blog for publishing all the progress regarding the Projects we wok on. In this sense, they will definitely develop the the reading and writing skills.
